Twenty-five years. One senior team. No layers.

Full-service digital since 2001, from family businesses to Fortune-50 pharma.

Etlon Technological Solutions has been building software since 2001. We started before the app stores, before the cloud, before most of today's stack existed, and we have shipped through every shift since. Today we are a full-service shop: web and mobile development, data analytics, AI integration, cloud infrastructure, product design, and paid search management. Clients come to us for one project and stay because we can carry the whole product — front end to database to the ad campaigns that fill the funnel.

The project that shaped us was Break.com, the internet's #1 video site for years, with more than 43 billion video views. Our team ran the ingest, the transcoding, the edge delivery, and the front end. Operating at that scale teaches lessons no small project can: that every shortcut surfaces eventually, that monitoring is not optional, and that the difference between a site that survives a traffic spike and one that falls over is decided months earlier, in architecture. We build everything as if it might have to hold up under that kind of load, because sometimes it does.

Since then the work has run across industries. We built AI-powered product search over 700,000+ HVAC and plumbing SKUs for Blackhawk Supply, real-time market data systems for StockZ and The Whisper Number, and machine learning player projections for DraftEdge. We have delivered enterprise work for Merck, industrial distribution systems for Midwest Supply, and software for Trinity Hunt Partners and Averon. Private equity, pharma, sports analytics, e-commerce — the domains differ, but the discipline is the same.

We are deliberately small and deliberately senior. There are no account managers between you and the people writing your code, and no junior engineers learning on your budget. When you email us, an engineer answers, and it is the same engineer who will be in your codebase. That structure has a consequence we consider a feature: we will tell you when an idea is more expensive than it is worth, when a simpler approach beats the fashionable one, and when you do not need us at all. Honest tradeoffs, stated early, are cheaper than polite ones discovered late.

How we work

Four things we hold to

01

Senior people only

Everyone on your project has decades of shipping behind them. There is no bench of juniors billing hours against your budget while they learn.

02

Say the hard thing early

If a timeline is unrealistic, a feature isn't worth building, or AI won't solve the problem you have, you'll hear it in week one rather than at launch.

03

Build it to be handed over

Clear code, documented infrastructure, and your ownership of everything from the first commit. Staying with us should be a choice, never a dependency.

04

Ship, then measure

Working software on a real URL beats a status deck. We get things in front of users early and let the numbers settle arguments.
