Etlon Technological Solutions, LLC operates etlon.net. If you have a question about this policy or about information we hold, email customers@etlon.net.
What we collect
We collect only what you choose to send us. When you submit the contact form, that is your name, email address, and any company, phone number, service, budget, timeline, and message details you include. Our server also records the IP address of the submission and the page it came from, which we use to block automated spam.
We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels on this site.
Why we use it
- To read and reply to your message.
- To discuss and scope work you have asked us about.
- To prevent abuse of the contact form.
We do not sell your information, rent it, or share it with advertisers. We do not add you to a marketing list because you contacted us.
How long we keep it
Inquiry emails are retained in our mail system as ordinary business correspondence. Spam prevention records expire automatically within a short period. You can ask us to delete your inquiry and we will do so unless we are required to keep it for legal or accounting reasons.
Who else touches it
Your message is delivered by our hosting and email providers, who process it on our behalf in order to transmit and store it. We do not grant them permission to use it for anything else.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions are validated and rate limited. We restrict access to inquiry email to the people who need it to respond to you. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send passwords, payment details, or other sensitive credentials through the contact form.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email customers@etlon.net and we will respond. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA; we will honour those requests where they apply.
Children
This site is intended for business use and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
